Hertford beat Orchard in the final played at Letchworth on Sunday 11th April. Hertford win the Datchworth Cup for the first time
Although the match score was 6-0, this barely tells the tale of a closely fought contest which lasted three and three quarter hours and which saw some exceptional play with numerous high quality rallies.
Many thanks to all the players who took part and made the final so enjoyable. The victorious Hertford team was: Louise Anstead, Hayley Scales, Neil Johnson and Ollie Gardner. The valiant Orchard side comprised Clare Smith, Dani Mash, Adam Reid and Aleem Cummins
